Pictured is one of the many visited projects I worked on in my time with Falcon Enclosure Consulting. Many of these projects were high level multi-million dollar projects owned by Related California in San Francisco and Los Angeles. This particular project is nearing completion and is located in San Francisco at 1500 Mission St.

Our role on these projects was to assist the owners, general contractors and architects on the smooth construction projects of the building. On this project, our role was to ensure that all designs were being executed per the drawings. Following any site visits and reports, we would then draw out details for the owners if there was an odd section that needed a swift solution.

On other projects, we would take part in the pre-construction process by lending our expertise in choosing materials and designs that best met the design and its specifications, along with building strong working relationships with the team to help make any troubleshooting a quick and painless process.
