Seen is the fully built and realized simulation training unit as designed by SGB Enterprises, a prime systems integrator that designs and manufactures procedural training systems, flight training devices, maintenance trainers, and all the simulated avionics and control components that make up the system's cockpit. Working alongside major prime contractors in the aerospace market, like Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Nothrop Grumman, US Army PEO Aviation program offices, and several other incredible partners, we were able to make many cockpit solutions and flight training devices to lead the best and brightest operators to be their best selves when on the stick.

 

During my tenure at SGB Enterprises, I had the privilege of leading in the design of several component and assembly projects, accounting for Industrial design, Integration, testing and manufacturing/QA, taking designs from specification and requirements to full production. From data capturing and reversing engineering OEM flight simulations, to creating drawing packages for product manufacturing, to performing FEA and critical component testing, I made sure to always find the best path forward, with redundancies in place for most possible builds for future optimization and continuation of support.
